On a more serious note...should we just declare HK the winner by elimination? Serdoa, Sian, and Suttree all lie defeated...
I'm having a fine time but I'm not exactly feeling a deep sense of ownership.

Sorry for not responding earlier; been traveling with poor internet access.
My preference would be to continue the game. I've no objection to Commodore switching dwarves, if that would make the game more fun for him. Maybe we could advertise for someone to take over the Khazad? (Turning any side to AI would make the game a lot less interesting, I'm thinking.)
