We will meet Mr.Cairo next turn by the looks of it.. @OldHarry anything you want to add to "hey we met you in game, hows it going?"

Set my scout as bait to get the first promo out of the way. We settle next turn for city 3! I fear that while it will be great development wise... it might make our Roman neighbor want to slow us down. Can we become powerful enough quickly enough for his AGG legions to not stomp our ass? Stay tuned!
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. [Image: noidea.gif] In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

You could ask him how negotiation with Rome is going - is he waiting to t40 with both of us or are we special?

Our neighborhood looks tight. I think war with Rome will happen before we have filled out our chunk of land..

Finding Mr.Cairo

Hopefully that was a rather far city plant from Gavagai.

That answers that question.. I see Gavagai likely to settle for that wheat? I forgot to check if it was wet or not..

Anyway, Gavagai isnt dealing with the diplo, his dedlurker is so i contacted him instead ( Gavagai directed me to him ) Hoping to get a general lay of the land screenshot exchange soon.

More micro.

I'm going to switch to letters for the cities to save typing one extra character each time. Do you want to distinguish the workers somehow or are you happy to guess which one I'm talking about?

t39 A works clam/wheat/mine, B works forest/mine, C works sugar, slider to 0%, Switch tech to HUNTING (to hook our horse).
t40 slider to 100%, Whip B and work clam, C works sugar/mine
t41 B starts quetchua, C works sugar/copper, worker NE to put one cottage turn SE of A
t42 2-whip settler in A, work 2 mines, work wheat/copper in C, road copper, worker N to road  wheat, move wb WNW
t43 A starts worker, C starts Q and works wheat/sugar, Settler heads north, WB can move 1 tile away and back
t44 Worker moves 1s of horse, other moves to ivory and starts camp, WB hooks clams, A switches to Q and works 2 clam, B works clam/mine, C works wheat/copper
t45 Settle D, start terrace, work clam, pasture horse,  A works clam/mine, tech to 0%
t46 tech to 100%, A resumes worker, works 3 mines, B works 2 clam, C starts Q, works wheat/sugar/copper, tech to 100%

I named the workers Worker A, and Worker B. Worker B is currently mining copper.

Raskol got StoneHenge. Very interesting.

Dotmaps abound, along with proof of the workers being named :D

I think Gav will settle 1S of the fish, then he'll want 1N of stone. If you can settle SW of incense then you've got a nice spacious border up there and stopped him getting the stone city. Settling on the incense feels slow and exposed. Any diplo from Gav?

I like the city 1S of the ivory, but that's as many cities as I see us (or him) fitting in. More likely is that he'll put one NE of ivory before we get there, in which case we could fit something 2W of ivory, but it doesn't get any new resources, so would be pointless. Better to send settlers to the island.

We kinda need to kill that bear soon... Oh, and warriors should start to appear, so we need to build some quechuas and perhaps put a hammer into an axe in C.

Those two cities still look good to me - B can build a settler after a quechua for the coastal plant, while I was wondering if C should make a worker or settler for stone once it hits size 3/4. Any thoughts?

I'd like to know what's south of the marble too - would a city on the food sign have something nice like gems? C could make a couple of Quechuas and one could go exploring.

Has GKC agreed to a NAP properly yet? Oh, and have he and Gav met?

Fair enough on the SW of incense. Diplo from gav is rather slow due to Irismono being inconsistant with responding back. Its been ok i guess. Maybe ill send an offer for screenshot exchange? I think i only sent a greeting.

I see the ivory city as a filler/border city anyway. Maybe working some random cottages?

The scout might actually kill that bear soon enough. C can build a settler for the stone so long as another city... Capital? builds another worker. 2 is pushing it for 3 cities let alone 4-5.

GKC hasnt agreed to a NAP yet. Its going to be part of the Alphabet for Iron Working treaty. Ill check next time im in game for whole all have met.
