Does anyone have strong feeling on Electrical versus Electric as the clue? To me the former makes Vacuum and Washer less likely but I'm pretty low confidence on that.

I feel best about pointing to Charge and am then leaning towards Buck.

So, VACUUM tubes are a very old technology but were ubiquitous in their time. CAP is a very specialized slang, but commonly used by people that deal with electrical circuits (design, repair, etc.). WAVE is almost certainly a match. I favor VACUUM over CAP, because WarriorKnight also could have intended the cleaning appliance.

Are there any objections to pointing at WAVE? I think it's by far the best Electrical clue left. Electrical waves are a well known thing. VACUUM and CAP both seem plausible to me, but WAVE seems quite obvious.
