Short term, our micro plan will probably look like this, no matter how we slice it:
* Revolt to slavery next turn
* Work copper until wheat farm completes, then work wheat. This lets us grow to size two EOT20.
* Farm rice next, work copper and wheat two turns, then work wheat and unfarmed rice for one turn, then work the two farms for one turn. This lets us grow to size three EOT24.

Research goes Mysticism->The Wheel and builds go Warrior->Stonehenge. After farming the wheat, we need to chop one or two forests before mining the copper, as we need the commerce from the copper town.
