More chat with Pegasus about city sites. He wants to place cities that will compete for both the cows (which we figured was his best option) and the wheat, which is not ideal.



At the end of the turn, we are one EP short of seeing ad hoc's graphs (28 vs 29). Next turn we should put at least one EP on TT so that if he doesn't put any more EPs on us we will see everyone's graphs in the shortest time.

Ruff asked if we had told others about Impis - I confirmed that we had and passed on the information about Pegasus' NAP with TT. He also asked for helped with dotmapping - I told him about a few of our sites, but also that some of them are still a matter for debate, which is true!

My take on the demographics...

Pegasus whipped his second city from size 4 to size 3 and discovered a tech (Writing? Damn, didn't check trade screen).

TT's capital grew back to size 3.

Ad hoc built an axe.

Ruff' got growth - whether it was a new city or growing his capital to size 4, I need to check. I think the latter based on the average population increase.

Dotmapping this map is surprisingly a bit tricky.

If Pegasus wants to crowd our borders that much, let him. He'll be vulnerable for attack. We need an understanding though that the cows and wheat are ours and shouldn't be fought for in a culture war. Let's not make a big deal out of it in diplo, let's just ask Pegasus what his settling order is, e.g. are these his cities number 5, 6 and 9, or what?

Our dotmap might not be optimal for Ruff, since we have stonehenge. If he wants to get frisky on his Ad Hoc border he could settle the hill north of the wheat. (Our blue dot).

Like your thinking on the dotmaps. Ultimately, we want him to settle good sites as hopefully one day they'll be ours (we can but dream).
