Victory Bug? Anyone?

I've encountered a bug? (definitely NOT a feature) when trying to end/win my current domination victory as the Japanese. Unfortunately, my uploads here aren't working... until tomorrow, maybe? I don't know.

I'll let you know more when I am not so cranky. And annoyed.

EDIT: Sorry for the incoherency. I cannot demonstrate the problem, because I cannot upload the game save file, until I can fix my uploads account for these forums.

The problem is that once I have beaten the Malinese, I acquire the necessary territory with which to secure a domination victory. Unfortunately, there is no notification of this victory (no friendly dialog box confirming it).

I was going to link here from the CivFanatics uploads, but then I realized that you're not allowed *sigh*

Hi,
IIRC there was a notification for the patch 1.52 (???) that you have to own the "liberated" lands for at least 20 turns in a row.
Try hitting "next turn" 20 times to win.

edit: "score from land doesn't count until you own land for 20 turns"

Uploads aren't working, but you should be able to inlcude files as attachments to your posts.

@ mostly harmless Hmmm... However, I was sitting at the 63.72% of land conquered threshold, and my cities, well, my border city had X3 borders. (I had enough room)... in other words, I just had to conquer the Malinese to extend my own, owned land across that threshold.

Here's a screenshot of three things that should not be together (no dialog box comes up).



My attachment space is limited to apparently 39 KB, so I can't upload the save file... argh!

I'll try that shift-enter thing, but it really seems to make no sense. I've already won... I understand why they would do it, but it leaves open quite a few problems.

Played until 1941... That's well over 20 turns. Still no victory... I'll get up the saves, somehow, tonight... I'll prolli link to them, from civfanatics.

I uploaded the replay for you at CFC Zalson. It worked fine for me. I have no idea why it wouldn't work for you. Maybe somebody else knows why that happened.
