[SPOILERS]Novice, Spacemanmf and Athlete4life10 are HUYANA CAPAC OF CHINA

We're not too bad with NFD, since we can have two axes and a warrior in there in time. I'd rather the barb axe try to attack the city across the river than go towards our cow pasture. We will see.

Ad hoc has built an axe in his capital (already a warrior there) and has an injured spear next to it.

Heh, I've lost count of the number of times I've noticed the save come in, gone to the forum, seen you online, waited a minute, then seen you post your 'got it'.

I was going to suggest you take it anyway since you've not seen it for a while (relatively speaking).

EDIT: Hang on, are you treating the WW3 thread with priority...? :-)

I'll play in a bit. If you have any input based on the save, spill it.
I have to run.

A couple of things, although I didn't take a detailed look at the save.

Firstly, I think it might be worth moving the axe south out of Nut Flush Draw to see if the barb axe attacks across the river. This is to stop the axe heading west towards the cows and our poorly defended Dead Man's Hand. If the barb axe wins then we will have the other axe (albeit still injured) and a warrior in NFD. It would hopefully then take the bait and attack the city across the river (and lose).

Secondly, my suggestion for Ruff's proposed bet is for Fine Leg... lol

(It seems that he is the one who has been doing stirring and we are in no immediate danger.)

Right, T79 turn report. Sorry for the delay, I was busy PM'ing all my wolf buddies in WW3.

I moved our axe in NFD south, as suggested. Polytheism was completed, Monotheism is due in 2. Our GNP is double that of the next player's, and we're first in every category, and the ringmaster behind the inevitable dogpile has a 121-turn NAP with us. Things are looking good.

And now some highly detailed wrath with regards to city management.

Pocket Bullets:

Our capital has been working an engineer for two turns. That speeds up our next GP, but also pollutes our priest pool. So I don't think we should continue doing that, although I'm sure the Governor will try to disobey us at every opportunity. A worker just completed the cottage south of the lake, next he should cottage the grassland NE of the lake.

Speed Limit:

The highest yield tile here is the ivory forest, so I switched to working that. That gets the food box to 13/22 when the granary completes, which lets us work a flood plain for three turns to grow to size 2. That also allows us to reconfigure

Big Slick:

Growth now due in two turns in Big Slick.

Nut Flush Draw:

I started another axe to let us grow. We can two-pop whip the worker with healthy overflow into the axe. Maybe wait until we're size 5 to do that, though, so we can keep working the gold.

Kojak:
No screenshot here. The rice has been roaded and the silver is being roaded. We should chop two forests here next. The axe in the city should be healed next turn and should move west to guard the westernmost forest so that it can be safely chopped (the borders will expand before the chop is done). So I'm thinking next turn we use two workers to finish the silver road, and move one worker and the axe onto the forest 1W of Kojak.

Wait a minute... weren't you "busy lynching werewolves" last time...? I'm on to you, farmhand!

Oops. Thought I'd checked everything.

Incidentally, working the grassland forest in Big Slick got the worker finished in one turn rather than two turns working a floodplain or lake, which is why I did that.
