Well we got to get our eco going again. I think i'm letting Ithralia and Mutanbo grow once more, then revolting to aristocracy. Finish up festivals and build markets all over.

Then either directly towards engineering, helped by great engineers, or first BW and warfare to unlock military state to decrease the unit upkeep costs.

Basically I need Festivals, BW, Warfare, Writing, Math and Engineering.

KotE for repair adepts, but that can wait after Engineering imo.

I just wonder how much time I have. Ilios won't be able to help since according to him he's in a 1v3 soon. And it's pretty obvious IMO that Uberfish will attack me at some point, because there's no way Mist is actually serious in his mails, saying how well he's doing. The only thing I can think of that makes sense is that he's keeping the war going because he knows that Uberfish will join in at some point.

Uberfish's power hasn't started spiking at all yet though, so we should have some time. If I was better at demos analyzing I could've figured out where he is in the tech department but as it is now I have no idea.

He replied with "there will be no peace" or something similar. Didn't even demand anything outrageous, just said that it won't happen, pretty much.

Stiff upper lip my fellow. Don't go getting down on the game - there is still a lot to be done in this game and while you are languishing towards the bottom of the pile at the moment, you still have an opportunity to do something cool - this is ffh - it's full of broken stuff!

First great engineer born, will be saved up for bulbing a bit on engineering probably. 17 turns until my next one. I will revolt to aristocracy after my next turn.

I am a bit afraid of Cotton Valley again, because I realized if Mist and Uberfish really are working together then Uberfish might let Mist's troops go through his lands and up towards Cotton Valley. Mist's own stack has moved SW, so I moved my warriors to Mutanbo so they can reinforce Ithralia if Mist starts moving there. His stack is still far away, but you never know.

Also I'm thinking about asking Uberfish for a NAP. It's not like I can attack him anyways, and if he says no it's a pretty clear sign that he will attack me later. What do you say?

It's hard to say much without spoilers, but generally speaking, refusing to sign a NAP does not necessarily mean that hostilities will be happening. In other games, I have seen people not wanting to sign NAP's for several reasons:

- Don't like NAP's in general

- Prefer to keep flexibility

- May have prior agreements that preclude a NAP from being signed

I know that. Still it's an indication. If he doesn't want to sign a NAP with me it indicates that he's not afraid of his western/northwestern flank for the foreseeable future which could indicate that he either has a NAP with Mist already or is working with him somehow.

Uberfish is the only one in the game who hasnt done anything yet. If he want to continue expanding and building up then a NAP won't hurt him, and if he wants to attack then he'd take NAPs with people who's not his targets.

That's what I would do anyways. Obviously this doesn't tell me anything outright but it tells me something.
