I don't know if Locke posts his diplo in his thread or not, so for anyone bothering to lurk us, I thought I'd include his latest message. I could read his stuff over and over, just cracks me up. He's surely not a native English speaker, and this stuff is about 1000x as effective as LP's song and dance.

Sorry I did not see your message yesterday. Yea thanks about Confu. We wanted religion because we are Spi in this game. I will send you missionary if you want but it will take some time. We dont have monastery or techs for Org Rel civic. Maybe you get free spread to cities.

Other stuff umm lemme think. We are happy with how things have gone with you guys. I think we have clear border now. We will not put any more cities in east. If you want we can extend NAP longer. Our team still worried about plako. He probably even bigger worry for you. We happy to discuss anything on your mind.

Getting another Library online, so that's good. We're getting more Lib's and border pops the next 10 turns. Time to build/whip more workers, then regrow on military/barracks and then whip a few settlers....

Got a lucky spread of Confu so I accepted that faith to speed up natural spreading of Confu.
OR after our economical beeline seems like a good plan!
Things are starting to look a lot better now.

I'm not sure about whipping Horseland next turn for a worker... hopefully you can take a look, Gaspar.

Feel free to whip Horseland if you think it's a good option. I'm not that sure.

Greenland finished a worker, so settler next for the other gems site up north.
GNP is improving slowly. We're 6th in almost every category now.

Sorry about not being much help the last couple days - had a rough go of things around the homestead. Should all be settling back down, but I've basically just had enough time to play the turns and that's all.

No problem, Gaspar. I'm busy as well, and it seems like we just manage things, you playing the turns in PBEM 12 and me here.

This turn sees us getting in even better shape. Gems mine is ready and that let's us get our tech rate back to 50%. CoL in only 5T from now!
The next 3 turns will see 3 workers finish and 1 settler. I think we should send the first settler north for the other gems site and then settle the silver south.

Libraries and more cottages help as well with a better tech-rate. GNP is now 5th. CoL will give us something to build while growing and that is good.

Offered Locke and extended NAP untill T140. Just going to play the builder game here and let others do the fighting.

We've got cultural issues with Plako in Riverlands... don't know what to do there. Seems like things are going to take a turn for the better.

Took a look at the save, and did a very wee bit of micro. Not sure what your immediate goals are, but the city on the horses and the second city north of the peak should be settled in the near term. We should see what we can get for the 2nd gems source, only us, mackoti and LP have them, so we might be one of the first with one to trade. Probably not a lot anyone can do right now, as nobody has any calendar resources online. As always, we really need more workers.
