Yeah, the whole "instant reinforcements" thing is obviously designed to catch us out of position. One fugitive and some level 1 fodder lost is a very good result from all of that.
On the new scenario...ok, so we get a loyal lich? And we have to defend the dwarf king -- the guy who has what looks like 1 health left? Wonderful.... I hate "defend the idiot AI who will do everything possible to get himself killed" missions.
Small keep for the dwarves, not good. Is that a cage north of the dwarf king? Wonder what that will produce?
I also note we have the immense sum of 100 gold. So much for our hoard of thousands. Overall, I have to say I am not liking this new scenario much.
