Civstats looks to be down (the site at least, I'm not sure about the game), leaving it rather hard to judge what the state of the turn is. frown

Having played the previous turn immediately after it rolled over, I have declared war against Adlain this turn with about 21 hours still on the clock. As per game rules, as the attacker I will play my turns in the first 12 hours until the conflict is resolved.
