Looking good!
We might consider sometime in the next 20ish turns starting to save up for events. I think it'll pay more to make sure we're at least to Education first, possibly also Code of Laws, but at some point we're bound to be presented with an event that we can't afford but would like to. Somewhere around 100 gold seems usually to be a good spot.
Also, with Education and Monuments on the horizon, it's probably about time to pump out a bunch of workers.
I do agree with Gaspar that Runes makes more sense as a permanent religion. But really, first we ought to aim for at least Education, Code of Laws, and Bronze Working, and it'll be a long while for us to manage that.

Turn 89:
Sareln switches to Apprenticeship. That means his new Warriors will start with a promotion, but I don't think that is too disconcerting. Our Son will be able to start hurling Fire Elementals at Udenarat on the next turn. I'm excited!

I agree with this plan. I do want to finish Education first, though, so that we can get some cottages up.

Agreed, two Workers will finish on the next turn.

I have a question regarding our relationship with Bob. Our current plan is to deal with Sareln and then, with or without Iskender's help, try to take him on. My concern is about the end date of our NAP and the possible Arcane Lacuna. If Sareln casts AL we will probably be far away from finishing him off when our NAP with Bob ends (T110). With our Sons in the west Bob might try to attack our weak eastern front. Do we make any move to avoid this?
The way I see it we can't get a NAP-extension because a) we want to hit him as early as possible and b) we are bound by our agreement with Iskender to participate in an attack on him. Perhaps Bob won't try anything, and these concerns are pointless, but do you think we should keep one Son in our capital just in case? Doing so will slow down our attack in the west a little. Or we can just gamble that Bob will leave us alone. Another option is to ask Iskender to station a Hawk in our capital once he has one available and ask him to scout Bob for us. With Haste our Sons should be able to get back in 3 turns or so.

I think when you're trying to take over the world in the fashion you are, you have to go all in. I wouldn't play anything safe until Sareln is dead. After that you can debate, but I'd bet heaping piles of gold anyone with half a clue is way too scared of what you can do to them to trying and rush you. In particular, let's say Bob attacks, you could immediately NAP Sareln and get those Sons to the Balseraph front very quickly. From there you annihilate his army and move on. Right now the smart approach is that of Iskender - butter you up and hope we leave him along long enough for him to get a counter off.
By the by, can we get a screenshot of F8? I wonder if you're not better going for conquest rather than domination - it might actually be faster to raze everything that to try and take over enough of the world to trigger dom with the crappy Clan economy and the relative amount of the world that is settled at this point.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Turn 90:
And the world will burn! Our first Son, who has been named Crowley, summoned a mighty Fire Elemental and ordered it to assault the town of Udenarat.
Harry the Fire Elemental discovered that the Amurites had discovered how to craft bronze weapons, and wondered if he would be able to handle such fierce opposition.
He decided that the odds were in his favour, and hurled himself at the strongest Warrior, who responded by turning into a pile of ash. (And keep in mind, that was as good odds as Sareln could hope for. Every other fight should have even better odds for us.) I decided to delete Harry, because I wanted to leave Sareln in the dark about what has happened. Perhaps he won't notice that one Warrior is missing? The collateral should be healed on the start of his turn, right? And the Elemental would be gone on our next turn anyway? Let me know if I am wrong about this, I haven't used Elementals before.

Thanks for your input Gaspar. What you are saying resonates well with me. I do think I will send all the Sons towards Sareln, and Bob will pay if he tries something clever. Regarding domination or conquest I haven't really made up my mind yet. I would like to keep Sareln's two cities, if only to prevent Iskender from settling there later. With some cottages and courthouses they will be adding to our income quite soon. Here is the F8 screen, as you requested:
Iskender sent me a message and informed me that FoL has been founded in his southernmost city. Pity. We will definitely need to get a Monument up asap in our Dragon Bones city.

I'd love a screenshot of the Sons in all their glory.
Healing resolves at the beginning of your turn, so as long as none of those units moved, they should be healed.

That can be provided. What would you like to see? Where they are located right now? What promotions they have?

Thanks! I'd like to see the promotions primarily, although I can guess Harry's owner's . I think their location is south of the Banana?

I decided to provide you a screenshot of the Son who is currently sieging Udenarat (from 3 tiles away.)
He is the Son with the most experience (52). The others have 45, 47 and 48. As you can see I have promoted him with Body I and Combat V. The other Sons will probably get the same promotions, and probably in that order. With Haste they can reach the front faster. By looking at the screenshot I just realized that he has +100% Strength and fights at Str. 16. That's crazy.
