If anyone can provide periodical updates for a poor Terror who's languishing at work without access to the LoL website, that would be awesome.
Did Fnatic beat aAa?

I think it's a shame that Riot/Dreamhack can not provide a playing environment which prevents DCs. There is nothing you can do if a computer breaks down, but I have seen at least 3 DCs during the day...
You're never going to get rid of disconnects, there's always something that can occur. What they need though is the ability to pause and proper rules around it's use so that it can be used appropriately to deal with these situations when they arise.

Terror, Fnatic won the first game with a complete stomp. Won in 30 minutes with only one death.
Second game aAa banned Gragas and Alistar and pulled into an early lead. Fnatic steadily pulled it back to win 27-20 in the end. Definitely worth checking out later if you can.

Comment was raised about blue-buff casters vs non blue-buff casters, and the fact that you want one of each (or at least, you don't want two casters fighting for the buff).
Malz was listed as a non, Anivia with.
Where do the other casters fall?

Thanks Enoch!
On blue buff casters: it's an interesting point and not one I'd considered before. I'm pretty sure Swain is a blue buff caster, as is Karthus. Essentially, I think it comes down to whether the champion has a continuous mana-intensive spell which they need to be effective in teamfights. So Anivia's R, Karthus's E, Swain's R are all continuous abilities which have a heavy mana cost but are very effective. Thus they benefit considerably more from the blue buff, which provides almost infinite mana.
Gragas and Annie are both non-blue buff casters, I would think.

Vladimir, Katarina and Kennen are obviously non-blue-buff.

The only other mage I would add that is really blue dependent is Kassadin. With the way his R scales up in mana cost he is a lot more dangerous with blue. Maybe Zilean as well?
No worries Terror, I will put up the bans and picks for the next games up in here as well. Next game is TSM vs EG starting in about ten minutes.
Edit:
Bans were: Vlad, Zilean, TF, Taric, Vayne,
Tsm: Annie, Alistar, Warwick, Corki, Jarvan
Eg: Tristana, Miss Fortune, Janna, Nunu, Malzahar

I fancy TSM from that -- I'm never sure about the double-AD makeup, especially when neither of them is Ashe.
