They are indeed. Both have base 4 attack, the dwaven axemen get double movement on hills and a mild city attack bonus, the lizardmen get 2 movement and a bonus to animals which can eventually let you capture them. Plus the amphibious isn't anything to sneer at.

Yeah, that's what i decided to do myself, but i got distracted by exams this past week, and by Mackoti going on vacation.
I'll post the update when i get back home from celebrating my birthday at my dad's place. He has a very intermittent internet connection.
Update should be up tomorrow, or the day after.

So don't worry about it. If it's easier to wait and do a big update all in one go or just pen a "Warrior got eaten by a bear" then do that. I will note the if your goal was to breed expectation and curiosity with delays then it worked, i'm very looking forward to seeing how your nation is doing.

Thanks! Normally i'd say something like "update tomorrow", but seeing the effects of setting a deadline last time, i won't. The reason it's taking so long is because i have to edit the formatting of the pedia entry, which by itself is longer than any of the updates i've written so far. that parts done, now the actual update is about half done. it's also midnight.:zzz:
In about a weeks time, i have 2 weeks holiday, so i'll to catch up on the turns then (I'm writing turn 4, but we are up to turn 50  )
By the way, does anyone know when Mackoti gets back? is he back already? I thought he said he'd be gone for a week, but that was two weeks ago. I probably just misheard (misread?) his message, but i'm starting to get worried.

As for taking over my game, as i said before, i really don't mind. In case you haven't noticed, i'm up to writing turn 4, and playing turn 50 something. I don't have much time on my hands.
If you don't want/have time to play anymore, that's fine. But are you sure i can't tempt you with... say...

Yeah, and the other Lizard man has Combat 2, while SevenSpirits has combat 5.
But more importantly, i have an extremely smexy new Mana Node.
