Some additional posts from devs stated that stealth changes will only really affect Eve and Twitch. All other short-term stealth (Vayne/Akali/Teemo/Shaco) will be reclassified as 'invisible' and shouldn't be affected by these changes.

The ladder is going to be reseted soon. Well, not completely, it's some kind of a fixed reset based on your performance. I guess that's to avoid igniting a super ELO hell.

Soft reset.
Means it won't be like people in 800 ELO and 2k+ elo both at 1200 playing. Imagine those first two weeks.

When Season 1 started, there was no marker of power level.
It's somewhat hard to understand why you would want to reset anything at all. In chess (for which the Elo system was invented) there is no reset either.
The people on top have earned their position. If other people want to climb up there they need to get their act together and start to play on that level.

The ladders are supposed to indicate who are the top players that current season, not the current plus every single one before that.
