I don't think we ever discussed most potential rules before the game started. So as far as screenshots are concerned, what is considered acceptable?

At first contact
After map trading is possible in game
After some other threshhold
Never

I'm in favor of no restrictions, what does everyone else think?

The usual rule till now ( read all previous PBEMs ) was after Cartography. It worked quite well and I see no reason to change it.
