This sounds good but I don't think there's any rush. Just need it a turn or two before we plan on invading. I'd rather charge towards Chemistry-Liberalism-Economics for the time being.
We can burn that cash reserve going for Chemistry since we'll get PB's bank built the turn after.

Ad Hoc: Founded Polytheism and Monotheism instead of getting necessary worker techs. Then got Impi rushed by TT.
TT: Impi rushed Ad Hoc to the detriment of both. Also lost his 7th city to barbs...
Pegasus: I'm not sure what he did "wrong" at the start, it might be mostly due to a weak leader (Phi/Org). I did notice he researched Monarchy early, which seemed like the wrong choice to me given all the happy resources. Metal casting followed by Currency would have better.
Ruff: Again a weak leader, but I think he played fairly well. He ceded some land to us as part of our NAP to T200. His economy is a lot stronger than what the demographics show, as he's stealing all his techs from us. He's at tech parity, and is about to overtake us in terms of land area due to his stomping of Ad Hoc using state of the art, stolen technology.
As for ourselves, we did play a strong opening so we're also snowballing, and grabbing all the first-to bonuses and wonders. Due to our rapid expansion we also got the luxuries online faster and started growing vertically before the other players. So we've expanded faster both horizontally and vertically.

I get the impression that Pegasus hasn't expanded quickly enough.
And yeah definitely snowball for us. Stonehenge->quick culture->Oracle->early MC->cheap forges. Then a fairly early Hanging Gardens on 7 cities set us going. Being Financial with so many rivers, and picking up the Great Lighthouse, Colossus, University of Sankore, Christan shrine, and expanding well has just stoked the fire.

It did at least give him access to Feudalism, which has stopped us attacking a lot earlier.

OK, after some chat with novice, we think that our next two cities may be called Raise and Re-raise as we advance into Pegasus' share of the northern lands.
Also, we both agreed that it was an odd decision of Ruff to declare on TT since he could have just let TT use his units on ad hoc, and then mop up what's left. If TT was to take any ad hoc cities, they would be easily taken by Ruff's Conquistadors because of the lack of culture. Oh well, perhaps he is making a statement. Hopefully TT will hold back his troops now to make it harder for Ruff.
Novice has just suggested the possibility of going for a cultural victory. What do the lurkers think about that?
Confirmation of what I think? After the break...

Actually, scratch that - we'll need the cash to upgrade the triremes to caravels.

Save is in, I opened it to take a look. It's yours to play though, Spaceman.

Teasers:
TT offered us 100 gold and peace. I'm inclined to accept.
Krill is very happy with himself. He's killed our musket in the northwest and has muskets in Britannia now.

T169 played. We roaded up to Krill's two knights that killed our musket, and took revenge.
The other knight was redlined and was killed as well. He had also sent a suicide sentry chariot into our lands to look at our stacks. We killed it.
Our spies have entered Krill's lands and have spotted his mounted stack. His catapults have disappeared, though.
This was the final turn of our golden age. Our drafting is starting to show on the power graph.
Demographics after ending turn, so out of a golden age and on max tax.
We're saving gold in case we want to do a mass upgrade. I already upgraded our 7 triremes to caravels this turn.
F1 screen:
In world news we signed peace with TT (he paid us 100 gold), Ruff got a great spy, and Ad Hoc evacuated Mecca.

So, Krill:
(i) forgot to delete the chariot, like we did;
(ii) wanted us to know he'd seen our extra stack; or
(iii) was offering us XP in return for those we gave him.
We must be getting close to a GG with those four kills.
Where did we draft this turn?

I think we were at 23/30 before this turn and we earned 4xp this turn. Hopefully our caravels can give us the remaining XP.
We drafted Crabs, Broadway, Sailboats and... Full House I think. Next turn Wheel finishes its barracks and we can draft there to reinforce our northern front.
