This isn't really a coding bug, but it's something that has always annoyed me. When I have a damaged unit, usually a bear and griffon, and I hover the mouse over the heal button, the picture of the animal covers the number of turns taken to heal, so I don't know how long it will take to heal.

Also, am I supposed to get Mithril weapons on my units after researching Mithril working? I thought I was supposed to tech Mithril weapons before it could be equipped.

This is true in the base game, too, and I have always wondered that.

it is working as the code says it should be. At some point I want to get "Enables Bronze Weapons" etc. in blue text on tech mouseovers. It's on the list.

Mithril Working enabling Mithril Weapons is intended, I've seen Kael defend the decision on the forums, despite it being a break with the "Reveal then Enable" formula set up on Bronze and Iron.
With the late game tech tree being condensed though... that could maybe be changed. In the base game, I think it would be better if Mithril Weapons were enabled by the mithril weapons tech, and phalanxes were enabled by Mithril Working.

Does anyone know why a summoner leader (say, Os-Gabella) doesn't get Strong Tigers from FoL Priests?
I've noticed this in the normal game already, and don't get why a permanent summon like a Skeleton gets the promo, as do temporary summons like Shades.
Does it have anything to do with Divine/Arcane?

Are you sure that the promo is from summoner and not from a Tower of Necromancy/Elements? I'm pretty sure in base FFH summoner only changes the duration of summons, without giving them Strong.

Bug: if you have a unit exploring a lair, and the unit then gets force moved by cultural borders popping and shifting hte unit, the unit moves, but keeps on exploring the lair. You even get a result once the unit has finished exploring, and you can't move the unit until it has finished.

Exploring dungeons doesn't seem to work. Unit that explores can't be moved after exploring and dungeon is not investigated. I can send a save, but this occured every time so should be reproducable even without it.
edit. Sorry for misunderstanding - this seems to be feature. It just takes longer to explore them.
