I agree with all that sunrise. It just depends how many of the newbies there are compared to the pros. If there are way more newbies than pros then absolutely we'll get ranked beginners on top of the ladder. Other way around and it's pretty unlikely.

David, I think custom has been to not post Mookie's TS IP on the forum since the server isn't passworded, but just IM any of us in the LoL lobby and we'll give it to you.

Get the client. 32-bit or 64-bit depends on your operating system. For Windows Vista and 7, you can find this out by clicking the start button -> right clicking Computer -> and clicking properties on the drop down menu. The information will be listed under the "System" heading next to "System Type". For Windows XP, it's most likely 32-bit.
