So, first up, I steal Liberalism ...



... and civic swap to Univ Suff, Free Speech, Emancipation and Org Religion (for only 3 turns of anarchy).

I then remember that I am playing against an AI with a large army who doesn't remember our T200 NAP ... and so I revolt him into Budda ...



I actually had to do this twice because he just flipped back to Christianity 5 turns later (still in a GA). It was a pretty good spend of 300EPs.
Edit: make that 3 times I had to revolt them to Budda before it finally stuck.

I had let my economy pretty much go while I was attacking Adhoc and TT so that at the end, my break even EP rate was about 20%. I was clearing about 100g at 0% while NSA was clearing about 1000g at 0% (yes, in a GA, but still!).

Thus my first job was to cash rush banks, markets, etc in heavy commerce cities and courthouses in far flung cities (did I mention that I got pretty lucky and nearly all of Adhoc's cities came with courthouses ).

A few turns later (9), the situation is a little better ...



... but you should look at the soldier stat. Also, on this turn, NSA AI was 1 turn away from Communism ... so, naturally, next turn I stole Scientific Method (1607 EPs) and ...



Note what techs NSA AI has that I don't. Also note that my discount for EP spending has dropped from about -40% to -29% (as NSA are able to ramp up their 0% EP spend via buildings).

I did steal steel (hehe) on T219 as I was leaving my EP building cash rush period and starting to enter the next phase (spies, spies and more spies ... oh, and some offensive units to actually take the three targets).

My first (or three required) Great Artists was born on T222 in my Globe / Nat Epic city. This city will be the one to produce the other two too.

Speaking of the end game, I actually need one of my cities to reach an NSA city with its culture before I can start to spy bomb culture into that city. The selected targets for the spy bombs with old TT cities and I have had to work really hard to push Cow Corner to the 500 culture level.

... which means I can finally see how many spies I need per city ...



12 or 13 culture per bomb ... lets say 15 by the time I am ready to go ... that means I need 50k less 4k (GA Bomb) divided by 15 or (approx) 3100 successful spy bombs ... so about 3800 spies per city (155k hammers) ... who am I kidding .
