Me and TMIT decided Canterlot should go to Size 4 and then whip it's Worker and most likely overflow into another Worker. So...yeah.

No grass cottages yet! Mine the special tile!

Cottages maybe in the capitol for Kuro now because FIN + strong site for them, but getting more production + food right now allows more expansion, worker production, etc. Cottages can come later.
