Yeah, I had the same thought. lol

I'm still torn... Having two half-vigs makes perfect sense. I don't think anybody is lying about their abilities, so we just need to figure out which abilities belong to scum. Actually that might be the only way to make Uberfish's ability useful - by giving it to scum. Then they could really mess with our heads.

I guess I'll just have to go out on a limb and vote Rowain, for being his usual suspicious self + buddying up to me + reasons mentioned by Uberfish (acting strange today).
I have to run.

novice, what are your thoughts on Lewwyn? As for Sareln, it makes far more sense to me that one vig is scum and the other is villager. Why else would there be a wound system? So villagers can happily kill each other off? zakalwe spent a lot of time looking through the setup, I don't think he left any obvious holes. I suppose I should take my own advice and switch to Sareln, Lewwyn is obviously too sad to hang right now. I really don't see a way Sareln isn't scum with his ability. I imagine he thought it was safe to claim his actual power, since it's a matching pair with Winston. But for the above reasons, plus the fact that it would be a full copy of another ability (we've seen many abilities so far, and there have been no duplicates) makes me confident in voting for him.

uberfish Wrote:Serdoa - Protect, wounds self (confirmed - dead)
Catwalk - Protect, wounds target

Novice - Night self-protect, wounds self (wounding part confirmed)
Erebus - Day self-protect, no damage (protection confirmed)

Winston - Day wound, punch (confirmed - dead)
Sareln - Day wound, kick
Rowain - Heal (confirmed, used on Novice)

Injera - Sing to show lack of other night actions privately (confirmed - dead)
Bob - Pass out to show lack of night actions publicly (confirmed - dead)
Uberfish - AI post (will be confirmed by Zakalwe shortly)

Lewwyn - Roleblock

Catwalk, if I'm scum, then with this setup there is no correct time for Winston to ever use his power, because the only people who will ever be wounded are innocent. The correct play then becomes to never use his power. That seems a bigger hole to me.

Hmm, that is true. I could argue that Winston wouldn't know, but I agree that zakalwe is unlikely to leave a hole like that. It's still possible that you're lying about your role, though. But I'll move my vote back to Lewwyn and see what others think.

We do know beyond doubt that at least one villager had a role that did wound a villager (Serdoa). In that light it makes a lot of sense to have one SCUM to have wounding power too else all this wounds would be very useless and my heal too.

OTOH we have seen that uberfish can make the AI speak but since it was the story-telling voice it could also be a SCUM ability. (Although I must say that uberfish does sound villagerish to me).

Given all this abilities I do wonder about the night-action roleblock claim from Lewwyn. The only night actions we do know about are villager-actions. (Injeras serenade and novices hiding) So what sense does this roleblocking make?

So the question remains is Sarelns kick a day-action (villager) or a night action. Since nobody has a wounding action left he should prove his kick-abilty by kicking someone.

Oh and for novice and uberfish : my topsuspects at moment are Lewwyn and Erebus.

Well, as long as we're speculating on the setup and looking at the 2 half-vigilantes and 1 healer and wondering how likely it is for village to kill scum: Scum can have abilities that damage themselves too.

It's a day action.

Are you volunteering? lol

Hmm can't sleep.

I volunteer. If Catwalk wants to kill me in the night by "protecting me" and wounding me, he can then.
