Ok I'll start this one tomorrow with the most recent build - for better or worse, some of the stuff is fairly experimental but what better way to experiment .

Oh the variant rules will be changing slightly, it will still be No Melee but there will be no restriction on research - Hawacha's ASAP is probably still a good idea though.

We hate the first Civ we meet so much, that we must immediately declare war on them and never make peace. Lets see what they do . We also hate America but don't have to declare war on them (just no deals with them). Other than those slight, possibly polarizing factors, we can perform any diplomacy we like. Other leaders in the game will include Roosevelt, Mao and Tokugawa the rest will be luck of the draw.

I am thinking we should play on Monarch with the new Handicaps XML. I'll provide instructions for setting up the Mod correctly (it will be played as a Mod).

Also since we are out of the silly season a roster will be used.

I will read along with big interest, but I am way too unexperienced to participate. I only win regularly on prince and on monarch I need a decent start to compete.

And just in case you need an extra member, I can go along with the ride. Though I am still rather unexperienced in Warlords, the best way to improve is through an SG.
