t8 came around (yeah, I mislabeled the last two turns by one because I forgot we're last in turn order so it rolls when we end turn). We've met NobPar - their scout found our scout. It seems their scout has been moving NW, vs ours which moved SW. Meanwhile our warrior has reached jungle.
Potential city name, though it seems more in line with my PBEM26 naming theme

Also, our blob seems to be thematically symmetric around the hub point with the blob to our southwest. And our warrior is continuing his quest for circumnavigation. Luckily our scout has hit open land again, whereas our warrior will now make his way through the jungle at his normal speed.

NobleHasp: Mao (Exp/Pro) of Babylon (Agriculture, The Wheel) - 6k power Lewwyn: Justinian (Spi/Imp) of Persia (Agriculture, Hunting) - 4k power Mackoti: FDR (Ind/Org) of Sumeria (Agriculture, The Wheel) - 6k power Currently our rivals have all discovered one tech with no pre-req modifiers, and are at 8k, 6k and 6k power. So someone researched a tech with no power and no pre-req modifier. Fishing or Mysticism then. Odd. On an unrelated note, here's our circumnavigation progress. Our scouting units are 21 tiles apart in the east-west direction, and 18 tiles apart in the north-south direction.
