Oh you tease.
Save's in, with the comment that Sian is expecting their death in three turns.
I can't look at it 'cos I'm at work but will have some time tonight if needed. First step is to scout with sentry WC from Janus and possibly also with Ariel's frigate down the west coast.

Lordy, mackoti got some very good luck on the boat attacks, so much so we don't have many left so we should retreat. Also, we should probably build some privateers because of the better odds vs SOTLs.
Ok, here are the run of odds (WON means mackoti won):
SOTL vs Privateer - 69% - WON
SOTL vs Frigate - 73% - WON
SOTL vs Frigate - 86% - WON
SOTL vs Frigate - 86% - WON
Frigate vs Frigate - 33% - LOST
Frigate vs Frigate - 33% - WON
Frigate vs Frigate - 27% - WON
Frigate vs Frigate - 27% - WON
Frigate vs Frigate - 27% - WON
Privateer vs Galleon - 14% - LOST
Galleon vs Galleon - 94% - WON
Frigate vs Frigate - 27% - WON
Frigate vs Frigate - 27% - LOST
Frigate vs Frigate - 86% - WON
Frigate vs Galleon - 96% - WON
Privateer vs Galleon - 75% - WON
Privateer vs Galleon - 75% - WON
Privateer vs Galleon - 79% - WON
Pretty rum luck for us there. Lost 15, won 3.

He's also stuck the 7 galleons in the lake next to Pharsalos which could, with the aid of a fort, unload 21 units fairly deeply into our territory (but without attacking any cities). To be fair, novice did predict this, or at least warn against its possibility.
He should probably have put 21 knights on those galleons because they can still be used to attack our stack if we invade, so we must assume they are on there. So we should therefore leave some pikes behind.
They are at least out of range of Callisto for now. Actually, they are not. They can reach it with a fort. Hmm, nice move.

I'm having a hard time seeing that lake in recent pics, I'd be interested in a shot of that situation.

Yeah, I figure we still invade, but we'll just have to leave maybe 20 units behind - some in Callisto, and some on that hill.
We may well get 70 units massacred, I dunno. We will if he gets a succession of 27% shots. He can collateral all our support units but at least we have 23 strength 12 units. Combat I grenadiers will get odds on the cannons - hopefully he won't have 23 of them...
Other options:
Hold off the attack until we have more units - he will also have more units, including grenadiers, so this doesn't feel like a good option. Plus he now has control of the seas with multiple threatening opportunities.
Ask for peace and switch to peaceful civics. The number of units means that we will be hindered.
Ask for peace and switch our target to Yuri et al. This basically makes us an enemy of everyone, and it's only a matter of time before the cataphracts appear on our doorstep. We would get some easy city captures, though, and Yuri may be quite stretched. It feels a bit underhand, though, even in a no diplo game.

I agree with your analysis. I say we press on. If we get slaughtered we can try the peaceful route.
I have to run.
