[Spoiler] Team slowwalk of the Reservoir Cats (Suleiman/Korea, slowcheetah + Catwalk)

Thanks for chipping in Commodore. And thanks again for the map, love how it plays out. I really wasn't sure what was fair, slowcheetah said we should accept 80 gold and xenu definitely wanted more. We plan on helping xenu out some more, he's hurting for happiness and we have spares. Maybe we should throw him a freebie instead of bargaining hard, good relations with him are valuable to us and he's been very cooperative.

We'll have two dyes shortly?

Whenever we connect them at TMC, yeah. I just talked with Boldy a bit as he's the grumpy part of the Republican team. He was very pleased with my offer to give them some happiness for free, and receptive to the idea of them going for Great Library. Sorry if you disapprove of that decision, I think it's worthwhile. With how tough bargaining I did over marble, we need to keep them friendly to us. I didn't make a specific promise yet, and we won't give them any happiness we need. So far I only mentioned 1 happiness, in order to free them up from having to work their new happiness resources in the jungle.

I'm going to talk to dazed about us going for CoL, in case he's planning on founding Confucianism. If that makes him really sad, we could offer to delay bulbing Philosophy and let him grab it before us if he's able to. We want to stay on his good side, and being beaten to something you're planning for makes people annoyed.

Turn 73

Calender came in, and the Mausolleum was started in On Her Period, annoyingly we didn't get marble from Xenu this turn, which may delay us.

We began Code of Laws and will finish it in four turns at 0% (all we can afford), hopefully this is fast enough to beat Dazed. We are considering offering him either a missionary or the opportunity to bulb Philo before us (we wont be bulbing for ten or fifteen turns).

Currently the medium term plan is to tech COL->CS-> Alpha-> Bulb Philo-> Start GA, revolt to bureau + Pacifism + Caste-> Mono-> IW

During the GA we hope to spawn lots of scientists (and an engineer) which we can use to start bulb through paper and education for liberalism.

Cities

Headache is just building workers, will probably build a couple and then go back to building settlers.

Dirty Dishes is more interesting (well slightly):

DD will also build two more workers, however then I think we need a couple more galleys out. We need troops in Get Me Jewelry and to settle the centre island before Sian and Xenu grab all the space (and tactical advantage)

On Her Period is building MoM and JH will be building workers for now.

Our newer cities

Toilet Seat Up will complete it's granary next turn then start whipping out boats, first a fishing boat for too much civ and then a galley too allow stone island to be settled.

Get me Jewlry now has gold and fish hooked smile. It'll never be spectacular unless we use it for Moai.

Too Much Civ has finished it's monument and is being supplied with a workboat from TSU. The worker will start hooking resources soon. The only slight worry I have is dazed's warrior next to the city. That wouldn't be worrying next turn but currently our axemen are in transit and the city is guarded only by a warrior.

Our newest cities are so new that our photographer apparently forgot to take photos of them. Suffice to say they are awesome :neenernee.

We have a couple of new deals with Xenu, he offered us a war but we declined that (Catwalk used the excuse that I was chicken:madsmile We have accepted a border agreement (to be ratified by boldly) regarding the jungle divide.

We've also agreed to trade him some happies (gold then dyes) for some worker labour. Doing this also allows him to take a run at the GLib which we'd rather have in Xenu's hands than Sian's.

Speaking of the jungle area where is OUR incense Mr Commodorerant
I'm so incensed right now wink

Yup, that's my oops. I thought I mentioned it above, consider it saving you from the temptation of working a no-food, no-hammer tile that has a 6-commerce yield when you're Phi in Representation. wink
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.

Maybe I forgot, or maybe you mentioned it to NoSpirits? They probably figured it out way before us.

The temptation was massive I assure you wink

considering this is called a green game, i think im only just realising the magnitude of the task playing games here will be. im going to try pick up as much as i can from the threads here- they are so much better than any strategy guide could ever be!

Me and slowcheetah are a bit too discussion happy for our own good. It's up to yourself how much to make of your game report, notice that Sian has made a grand total of 2 posts for this game smile I'm glad you like our thread, main reason we put so much effort into updating is to entertain others.

We think this is closer to a medium level game, although I'm sure the veterans are pointing at us and laughing cry Feel free to compare with the identical veterans game and see if they're any better than us.
