I misread LP's explanation and I got confused when I saw one of LP's scouts move when I finished a turn one time which is not something you see all the time I guess.

FYI if you're unsuccessfully trying to connect at the start of the turn when several other people are all logged in, the problem may be on your end. Trying over and over is only likely to enrage everyone else as the game freezes for them. I advise waiting 10 minutes for people to log out instead
