So everyone in the top 6 has denied being #1 GNP. Except for Moogle - and I suppose technically Pindicator. We're running out of options... unless someone is telling fibs. 
Incidentally, I haven't even met anyone in the top 6, much less heard about any scuffles between them. What's going on over there, a massive peacefest?

Well, I think with how early we are in the game a lot of people will be #1 as different people run min/max on the slider for various times. And no, I've never been #1 in GNP. I think the highest I got to was #4 but that was a while ago.
Edit: I am beating LP though! #11 this turn, take that!

I'm not sure I've cracked single digits throughout the whole game.
Amazing how no-one seems to be the #1 GNP. Numerically impossible, I would have thought.

Not technically impossible. At least it could be that nobody THINKS they're #1. Say I log in, see I'm #2 and then the #1 civ logs in later and adjusts their slider, or picks a different tech, and when THEY go in to F9 it shows someone else as #2.
(Not that I think that's what's happening here.... )

Rome, China, and Mali are all not number 1 or 2, nor am I. Since we seem to agree Lewwyn's GNP is high due to culture there's probably one "hidden civ."
Re: the peacefest, there's been combat between Rome and I, and no one has signed NAPs. That said, some of us are unattractive to attack for unit reasons, and others are just trying to actually build units to deter aggression

I haven't checked the game for a few days, but IIRC "Inspector" was what I named our Giant Death Robot and the only way I can think of that you've killed him this early is that you caught him during a maintenance period. As a side note, the tech team responsible for maintaining him IN A WAR ZONE have all been shot. They will not make the same mistake with Mao's expensive equipment in the future, I can promise that.
