Basically, once everyone accepts forwarding I'll make filtering rules. Those rules will detect that if it gets an email from X, it will auto-forward that email to Y. That means every time you finish the save, you would send it to rbpbem34g@gmail.com (don't do this yet - I'll let you know when it's live) and it'll take care of getting it to the right person. The tracker website basically checks the email account to see who's up - it looks like this when it's working:

It's pretty nice. The only catch is you have to make sure you send the save from YOUR email address because it filters based on the FROM field. So for everyone - if you might send the save from an email address OTHER than the one I've sent confirmation to, let me know and I can make an additional filter rule for that email address. It's not exactly a common problem, but for instance I'll make an additional rule so that both Zero and Yuris could send in their turn and it would still make it to the next person. Hopefully this all makes sense.

As an update, I need the following:
1) Confirmations from Zero and TT
2) The official turn order

If I get both of those things today I should be able to finish this tonight. smile

As for the turn order, AT was correct, it is: TT, Serdoa, AT, Zero.

and I want to echo everyone, scooter. Thanks for doing this for us.

There is a chance that I won't be able to play friday or sat until sometime early sunday morning. I'm going away. I'll have a laptop and I expect to have connectivity, but you never know.

Quick correction - I made a typo so in the filters that wasn't forwarding from AT -> Yuris/zero correctly. That's now been fixed and I manually forwarded the save to both of them. The tracker page incorrectly says AT has the wave because I did it manually, but it should be accurate next time around.
