Seems like you can't so The whole trade thing really wouldn't have worked at all.

Yeah that galley coming behind has 1 movement point left and axe+spear in it and I've moral dilemma. Should I try to double move or not. I've already ended the turn so everything would go according to the rules. However if I would time everything "perfect" that would be totally against what I've been talking lately. If I don't make it perfect, they're almost certainly whipping a defender that will make it impossible for me to take the city since they're logging in and out all day long. I could also wait for the other galley that has Axe+Chariot coming and make my move then, but again I don't think my success rate would be good unless I make a planned double move. Against HAK I would certainly time things so that he would have proper time to react. However against team SevenMack things are not that simple. Their team is one of the most competitive ones and probably wouldn't hesitate using double moves against me, if given opportunity.

NobleHelium: any input for this? Lurkers are free to comment too.

I'm starting to regret deeply this double move rule I cooked up here.

I wouldn't plan a double move, but I also wouldn't have let Lord Parkin play the game, so, yeah.

Also, I don't think you should intentionally not double move either. The rule basically says go with the flow. So if you happen to be online and the turn rolls and you notice, I'd play the turn.

Well said NobleHelium. I'll move the boat in immediately then. I don't think this attack will work without a blatant double move even with 2 galleys worth of units so I just move in now and force them either to whip or move units out somewhere else. Mission accomplished wink.

This also frees my other galley and units in it to do something else.

This won't work against this team. They're logging in and out all the time.

It's not necessarily all loss even if you can't take the city. You can probably pillage that copper over there at least.
