Metal Casting in - and it's pushed us up to #1 in score for the first time ever in this game! Neat... I bet it won't last though.

Gathering gold for a turn, then will research Code of Laws. Should be a 3 turn job in all. No doubt Azza will broadcast that to everyone as well, but eh, can't do much at the moment. Will just have to finish him off ASAP.

Here you can see the planned spot for Settler #12 which will be produced in Pwnage next turn. Your Johnson will be founded in 3 turns.

Our traits are finally starting to become useful, with two cheap buildings becoming available about the same time. Forges and Courthouses - both 2 pop whips (max) for us, as opposed to (up to) 4 pop whips for regular civs. Definitely looking forward to getting as many of those up as soon as possible.

And here's the demographics. We're only 1 food lower than the #1 rival this turn... that's neat. We'll be doing a lot of whipping soon though, so that'll drop. Still, not bad.

you could always turn off the binary research so you aren't cranking them out in 3 turn pops! :P

We'd still be researching them in 3 turn pops if we didn't use binary research. The main reason I like using binary is that if I have a last-minute change of mind about the tech I want/need next, I can switch to something else with very few missed beakers. Maybe we should lay off the binary soon so we don't have quite as large spikes in our GNP, though... although given our #1 soldier count and the difficulty of arranging a dogpile in Always War on a huge map (no OB for quick travel), I'm really not too concerned about our ability to defend ourselves - at least until Astronomy.

You also have a really nice choke-point with your southeastern city, so you can afford to keep packing units in that city. smile Things are looking good for your civ in the near future.
