Consecutive, by team. Really don't want to have to think about all the headaches that simultaneous brings.

It would be good to arrange teams in approximately the right order by best playing window, to get the best pace possible. Our team, for instance, is a EST evenings team generally.

Simply use a Direct IP connection to connect to the host. We have a primer for figuring out if there's a problem connecting to the host - I will update this post later on.

Actually, if/when we make a tech thread, details to log in should be in the first post of that thread (or first post this thread).

Still, it's pretty much what Hart said. Go to Direct IP connection, insert the host name (which the host will post here when the server is up) and if successful you can then choose which civ to log in as.

That probably isn't necessary. It of course depends on how flexible everyone is but with 3 players on each team most should be pretty flexible. The start will probably be slow while we figure out the ideal order but once we get going we should make a turn every day.

Below is my personal not a team opinion.

Hart - I would be happy to switch positions with your team. I don't think picking 1st is that big of a deal. There are several good options and the one picking 4th is guaranteed to get 2 strong/strongish leaders that have good synergy. So I'm against just plainly reversing the 3rd round and re-randomizing it feels most fair solution to me.

We've pretty much made our 1st pick selection, but it needs a verification from my team members and it would be good to know the 3rd round order before publishing it.

I got Kyan's response. If Team Reddit to pick 1st, we're ok switching position with them. Otherwise someone please randomize the last round so we can start picking.

Us? Pick first? No, no, we don't mind the current order. As for randomisation of the last round, lets just do it? I can definitely see that simply reversing the final phase is then weighted in our favour. And this is all about being fair, right?
