It seems also v0009 of the EitB is coming, but some of the changes affect even directly to leader balance so I guess we need to stick with 0008.

What exactly are we waiting for? Does some team still need to specify their starting location? Is the map still in review? Or does the host have the map and just needs to start the game up?
