Sad if true. I actually asked a few people about this and was told they thought they still gave culture. Guess I should have simmed it. Still, it wasn't THAT big of a loss. Aside from the cost of a (IMP) settler and the juicy (though nerfed via AW) wonder the city only had two buildings.

Yeah I posted that a while back.

I am assuming he's getting quite a bit of overflow out of Philo as the tech itself does nothing for him, it just signals what he's going for. So consider him to have a full turn of overflow, let's say 500b maybe, and enough gold (200) to run another turn of 100% tech this turn for maybe 1000b into Lib or Nat. I haven't been keeping track but that's my guess. Could be way off.

Oh actually since he's had education for a while but saved gold and is now turning it to 100% he's probably added some unis and maybe even oxford (have not been paying attention like I said). So that suggests it's even higher.

Thanks Seven. Unless you're in position to grab Lib before Parkin does I think he'll have it. Mali is several turns behind Parkin's pace, and I'm several turns behind Mali's frown

Maybe if you spent your effort on teching faster instead of taking my beautiful casinos.... By the way if there is any way for me to whip that city's population to size 1 before you take it I will. I hope your troops are good at digging open pits.

Until now we just got back what was ours.And you was the main reason for wich we couldt tech BTW.
