Mardoc - once everyone has sent them in, you can go ahead and announce the countries so we can each have a day or so to think - Bigger specifically requested to have a day between hearing our countries and making opening moves.
Also, we're going to need to compile a list of email addresses. Here's what I have and need - so if I can get email addresses for those I don't have and confirmations for those I do have  .

I'm relatively unfamiliar with gchat, and around at weird hours, but I'd generally prefer actual chat to emails.

I'll create a RB gmail account soon, probably a good idea.
I'm not a fan of gchat (small window, aim or yim is better) but I'll use it if thats what everyone else prefers..

It's a recent change, but you can now edit your thread title whenever you want.

So you know - you can pop out the chat window out of the gmail inbox by hitting the arrow next to the X - and that'll give you a separate resizable window. I do that all the time.

Also yes. You can edit your thread by editing the first post in a thread - we just recently got this feature enabled. You can also do it I think by double-clicking the title or something, but it's easier to just edit the first post (hit "Go Advanced" to go to full edit).
From what Mardoc has said, Bigger and Tasunke have still not sent in country preferences, so be sure to send those in . Also, make sure Mardoc has your email address, he'll then send out a mass email to all of us so that we have an email address for everyone without having to display them all publicly. My understanding is that he has emails for everyone except Bigger and Tasunke (and Waterbat/Molach if they want to be included on correspondences), so make sure he gets those too.
