What are you watching right now?
Sherlock and Top Gear are probably on hiatus until December atleast so the only thing I have going on is A Game of Thrones which is nearly done for the season. Anything good or should I start catching up on Animus and Nova documentaries?

Sherlock the BBC series has only 3 episodes/series. The next series won't be created until 2013 and probably won't be aired until early 2014.
TV season is over in America. I don't think there will be a lot of big things going on.

I just fall back to my DVD collection when my few favourites aren't on these days.
Its The Apprentice UK final on Sunday which is always a good watch but in terms of shows there isn't that much on that I like.
Sherlock is just amazing and I cannot wait for more. If you have never watched it, I can recommend investing in the 7 series of The West Wing on DVD - it is some of the best writing ever heard on TV and I am a huge fan (watched them all the way through at least 10/12 times).
Also like watching Two & a Half Men (both Sheen & Kutcher series), Family Guy, Big Bang Theory, Rome, plus loads more.
Though as a little quirk, if you watch BBC TV maybe get a look at Pointless - best gameshow in a long time!

It's also over as of a few weeks ago .
And effectively, when it comes back it will be a different beast altogether. Dan Harmon has been booted out in a quite unceremonious fashion, and he had a fairly Auteur level of control over the program. Might still be a decent show, but I don't think it will be as amazing.

Only Connect>Pointless.
Not that I have anything against Pointless mind! It's a rather fun show. Only connect is just better.
At the moment I'm watching
The Ricky Gervais Show
Episodes
Would I Lie To You?
Have I Got News For You
Game of Thrones(until this weekend when the series joins the rest of US TV in being finished for the season)
The Apprentice
On BBC radio(available worldwide) I've been listening to
Just a Minute and So Wrong It's Right. And there is generally a selection of drama and comedy available to browse. Worth a look.

Agreed. I'll still watch it as it's hard to screw up a show with characters that are so well-developed, but I think a lot of the high-concept stuff will be gone. Still though - 3 really strong seasons, so worth checking out for someone who's never seen the show.

ASM, I too really like Top Gear, Sherlock, and Game of Thrones, so perhaps we have similar tastes in shows.
I don't watch many other non-sports programming, but I recommend Breaking Bad if you've not seen it (hard to watch but consistently excellent drama), 30 Rock (never popular, not charming at all, and well-deserving of criticism as comedy written only for people who live in a 100-block region of Manhattan, but consistently funny which isn't always true of most TV comedies these days). My highest recommendation though, rivaling Game of Thrones for what I think is the best thing on TV, is Parks and Recreation. I think it's the most heartfelt, charming, 'every-episode-is-funnier-as-it-builds-off-the-last-one-and-you-know-the-characters-better' thing I've seen.
PS - Community gets an anti-recommendation. I just don't see it, and I've given it like 10 episodes to win me over.

Parks and Rec is great too - it's grown on me. Surprised to see a Parks & Rec fan dislike Community though - that's pretty uncommon. With Community, you really need to start at episode 1 or else it's easy to not really get it.

Parks & Rec is wonderful, but I've tried Community and it doesn't grab me. The characters aren't likeable or believeable enough, especially Chevy Chase.
Good old Futurama is about to start a new season later this month. If you haven't seen the Comedy Central revival, do it, it's great stuff. The season of four chopped-up movies was rather uneven, but it hit a new peak shortly into season six and has stayed there.

I'm not at all surprised to see people not liking Community. It's always been a niche show.
In my opinion though, some of the high concept episodes like Epidemiology, Modern Warfare and Remedial Chaos Theory are some of the best episodes I've ever seen from American sitcoms.
I haven't seen Parks and Rec. I'll probably check it out at some point though... I've heard good buzz about it.

I've found it deeply uneven. Some really cool episodes like The Late Philip J Fry, and some bleh stuff like the 6 years late DaVinci code parody or the "Cats are evil alien invaders" episode.
