[Spoilers] What, no fireballs?! Team FFH: we're not in Erebus anymore

Just stab him in the back and kill his army! That'll show him for being honest and noble for a change!

Sorry ichabod frown.

:neenernee

Yeah, my first reaction when seeing the razing was disappointment that I couldn't go on with the plan. But after a bit, I realized that the result here is pretty damn funny.

But don't worry, if the game keeps going, I have a plan for my army and the GArtist. Yes, I'm going to make one, even if I can steal the GLH with it.

If I'm declared winner of the game by diplomatic vote, it'll confirm that my thesis was right!

Turn Report: The End of the fourth Punic War - part 1

Upon starting the new turn (yes, this happened a long time ago already - I'm a bit late here), I used my galleys to explore and try to find the roman copper deposits. It ended up being just perfect:

My plan was to pillage the copper with the swords and the result would be of no maces for Rome. Yeah, Rome, unfortunately, could build maces, as we discovered that turn too...

Anyway, everything was looking just perfect... Rome's remaining forces couldn't hold against my army even if they were multiplied by 2. I was going to pillage their copper and everything was flowers, sweets and happy things...

So, my whole army moved to our first Roman conquest, the city of Tiberius, to calmly heal for the final push.

It was then I realized that we needed to redecorate that city a bit. What's with that "Roman City" sign and the ugly name... Nah, say hello to the Malinese city of Villany (I'm running out of sins due to my lack of english skills, I'm accepting suggestions):

Ah, turn 940 AD... I was so naive back then, so full of dreams... I thought nothing could stop me... I thought I was the most powerful guy in the world...

---

Turn 960 started perfectly. Rome built a catapult in the city of Augustus. That meant he didn't have enough units to kill my pillaging party:

No Sunrise in sight, right?!

jive

And I used my GG for a medic 3, 2 movement axeman doctor. Everyone would heal in 1 turn after that!

BIG ARMY!

Everyone can notice my happy tone here. This was probably my most joyful turns. I had a bright future ahead of me, a future with horses, more land and a big lighthouse. And I'd still have a big army to conquer other foolish tribes that dared attack me!

Yeah, pride precedes the fall... And I'm currently at Pride II already (the first one was razed by Sunrise)...

---

Late at night, a strange noise started to be heard by the troops stationed in Villany. A squeaky, backstabby sound. The sound of a mercenary army (Sunrise) trying to steal the gains of the army of the paladins of justice (Teah FFH).

I had a shiver that night before going to bed... I had to check the game once again...

yikes

Sunny Rise, my friend, nono. Once again you prove to be a thorn on my plans... I had only one thing to do, keep moving my battle worn troops and call the diplomatic headquarters and the intelligence squadron...

But that'll be for another chapter, at the same time, in the same channel!

By the way, if you look carefully at the Roman's land, you'll see that they popped gems in one of theirs mines! They had already popped Gold (grasshill gold, so it's not natural), but they also got gems. Very nice for us!

Yes the reports are really nice.

One minor spelling correction, and one sinful suggestion.

It's "precedes" not "preceeds".

And Onanism for the sin.
