Peter is viable, but he likes Inca just as much.

Perhaps we should start a betting pool on what leaders other teams will pick? Or alternatively, what order the leaders will fall in? Could do civs too, although much more variation there so likely to be trickier.
 I'd bet with only one or two exceptions, all of the leader picks will be Financial. That's certainly been the track record I've observed in multiple MTDG's and multiple ISDG's anyway. Only question is which order the Financial leaders fall in...
