They have a pitboss community. They even made a mod for it, for crying out loud. Of course they will try to do well for themselves.
I highly doubt that any team involved will vassal themselves at this point in the game. Everybody will be in for the win and the fun.
We are getting way too focussed on CFC/Apolyton/Spaniards here, I feel. We have a ladder team, a very large German team and two almost unknown French teams as well. I'd rather have us spread our paranoia evenly. mh

Thanks for the reassurance. Now, our job is to convince them to take their aggression on someone else. We're vulnerable, but so is everyone else. Why, while Impis counter War Chariots, we're not going to build nothing BUT war chariots, and Impis own War Chariots less than they'd own regular chariots.
The logic feels twisted (Also, having some kind of a no rush 20t turn rule helps them more than it helps us. Devil's advocate: Because they play so many pitboss games. Maybe they know Pacal of India is awesome, but for their 10th pitboss game they've played together they just want to mix it up. No rule that says every community has to view this game as more important than most others. Or...Seven's explanation below |
