Came here to post about the sudden appearance of ***8217 instead of apostrophes that I noticed in a few of my older reports. Glad to see I wasn't the only one to notice. So, I'm a little confused. Is there any way to fix this corruption other than manually editing every post?

I don't have such access. Afraid there's no easy fix. For the cause and reason of the behavior, you can read upwards in the thread. It only affects weird characters like curly quotes pasted in from Word or something, so as the doctor said, "don't do that."
Is there any easy way to add auto-resizing of images to the forum? For example, if I post a 1366 x 768 image using the IMG tags and later on someone wants to view it in their browser running at 1200 x 800 the forum will render the image as a thumb @ 1200 x 800 that can be clicked on to go to 1366 x 768?
I've actually been thinking about a way to do something along those lines for big screenshots. I'm not aware of any built-in vBulletin way to do that sort of thing, it'd be javascript code that gets included in the page. I can do it (I often write javascript in my day job), just been busy lately. Stay tuned.

I'd be surprised if there wasn't a plugin. Is there also a plugin for embedded youtube?
