Mercenaries with special weapons

Here again to point small details. rolleye

In the game we receive offers to hire mercenaries with various levels, but we receive sometimes "impossible" units, like Magician without magical weapons.

Since to build a Wizards Guild you need an Alchemist Guild, it is impossible to have Magician without magical weapons. duh

There is a way to fix it?

BTW I would like to hire units with special weapons, not only plain ones, but this could be a mod, not a fix.

Of course normal weapons should be the most common, but the others should be available.

A starting table could be:
01% Adamanthium
04% Mithril
15% Magic
80% Normal
Only the people crazy enough to think they can change the world of Arcanus and Myrror can do it. rolleye

There are several mod where you can hire mercenaries with special weapon. What miss the other mods? Why do you need this per cents?(like 4-for mithril)

Basically any unit requiring the Wizards Guild that in turn requires Alchemists Guild should be generated with a magical (at least) weapon.

I like the idea, I think/hope that kyrub and zitro will be putting special weapons on mercenaries in their mod. Asfex, keep in mind that Catnip is a shelved project. I will go ahead and close all the threads, in case someone posts there and expects a response.

That thread contain alot information and discussion points. I use it as 'database link'.

About mercenaries: there two mercenaries,that newer be hired: nomad magicians and draconian engineers. Those cannot be hired in any mod.
Your problem is solvable anyway. However,the idea 'troll newer be with mithril weapon' ,settlers can be adamantium, -both are disliked by me.
