HP quints are still okay runes. There's nothing inherently wrong with them. They're useful for level 1 fights, early aggression, or champions that have a rough early laning phase, or good all-round quints. I know that some EU supports value them over Gold/10 quints in order to take more punishment in lane.
However they're just not as universally good like say Armor yellows which you can run on any champion in the game and they'll be at least good. Like, on AD carry I'd rather have AD quints and on some junglers I'd rather have Movement Speed or Attack Speed, and on mages it's usually AP quints for instance. They're just good, but there are better, specialized quints that cost half the price. And if you want good "all-rounder" quints, go for Movement Speed. Some champions really love them (Singed, Udyr, Alistar jungle) and no champions really have no benefit from them. It's a good stat that's not that easy to come by.

Who are they supposed to be? I don't see any resemblance to any champs in the game.

Lee Sin is blind, Sona can't speak. Lee Sin can't hear her or see her, but they're still so lovey-dovey. @_@ ^_^

LOL I just watched that, and ended up fast forwarding a lot. Because they didn't have a good way to poke the enemy tower, M5 should just have tower dived when they had a massive advantage of baron + 1 full item each. Instead they decided to pick their noses for half an hour while waiting for the other team to make a mistake, which didn't happen. This allowed the enemy Anivia and Tristana to collect full 6 item builds, rendering their massive gold advantage irrelevant.

Would be the best patch ever if it didn't crash the game all the time.
Also, now the penalty for ranked queue dodging is 30 minutes.

Last 4 times I tried to login to the NA server over the past few days...
50 min queue - 50 min queue - 2 hour queue - 50 min queue
Yeah I don't know what's going on but it means my EU account got a few more games in.
