Yep. So much to build with so few cities. You want the turn tonight?

ARGH. My timeline of the last 20 or so turns:
1) Krill invades Azza and apparently takes a city or two
2) Krill invades Regopin and apparently takes a city
3) Krill invades Nakor and takes multiple cities.
So guess what just happened? Krill razed and replaced an Azza city. DEFEND YOUR CITIES GUYS. Seriously, there's 3 of you over there bordering him and he's literally fighting on all 3 fronts and he's beating all of you?? There's no way he's more technologically advanced than his neighbors. Sigh, I don't get it. Frustrating that we literally can't do a thing except keep pushing settlers are hope somebody over there finally steps up and refuses to be pushed around.
Oh well. Nicely done by Krill I guess. Just don't quite understand how all of the above can happen and it gets back to Azza's turn and he still isn't ready? Krill just has an obscene amount of land.

Dazed - I'll leave the turn for you unless you change your mind and want me to take it. I just looked around, didn't actually touch anything besides the offers I had to deal with. I saw it rolled and I popped in to take a look and was greeted by these:
I accepted both. He met us here:
We can now bring that galley home which will be really helpful! Here's Azza's lost city btw:
Key map info from Regoarrar - he got stuck between the two warmongering lunatics . His west:
His east:

That Pewter City from Azza looks really nice. Can you see all the moai cities of the world? For some reason I've always found very interesting that particular National Wonder.

Good catch! And yes, that's an amazing Moai site. He's got FIVE lighthouseable Moai tiles and has grown it out to size 17. Nicely done Azza. Not much production there and double-whipping is less strong, so that must have taken him an eternity to build.
And yes, I believe anytime the city square is visible you can see their Moai site very easily. You can see Regopin's site if you look closely - it's OneTonOfFanmail.

I know. I mean if YOU, that is, Dazed and scooter, can actually see all the world's moais after all the map trades.

Oh duh haha, that question makes more sense . I don't think so - I think a few people haven't built it yet. It's actually pretty tough to build now without stone, because the better the Moai city the harder is it to build. It used to be you just double-whip with 21h (or 31h on Normal) left in something and get max overflow that way, but in RB Mod you get 10 less hammers of overflow, so it takes quite a bit longer to build it that way. It took us a good while and we had IND + Stone + Mine. I think Azza has stone though. I'll take a look around next time I'm in game and see if I can figure out who has built their Moais and who hasn't - I wasn't looking for it last time I was in.

SCENARIO.
Ok. A barb galley showed up which is just Not Cool. We have two galleys here, the selected one (In Copper Beeches) and the other one 2E of the barb. The one in Copper Beeches can safely run away thanks to it's 4-tile movement abilities. However, the other galley is not so fortunate, and it's carrying a settler. What to do here? Is it possible to not delay the settling of a city without risking our settler getting sunk?
Here's our solution. It's not too hard to figure out, but I'll spoiler it anyways in case you want to try to figure it out first without seeing .
Any ideas on if this barb is guaranteed to attack us? I'm a little nervous about it going and pillaging our seafood.

Tech Comparisons
We have Paper. I'm going to try to get full tech data on everyone, but I did do our neighbor and main rival real fast. First, Krill. Here's the techs that each of us has up on the other:
Krill: Meditation, Horseback Riding, Music, Feudalism
Us: Monotheism, Compass, Metal Casting, Civil Service, Engineering, Machinery, Optics, Paper
Thoughts:
1) Surprising he doesn't have Monotheism, and thus no Theology. He's SPI... Surely he'd like either OR or Theocracy right?? Really confusing.
2) Should note that Feudalism is like half-researched for us.
3) He's slightly further behind than I thought. That makes me feel a tiny bit better. Downside? Techs are about to get REALLY expensive for us so the lead isn't as huge as it seems.
Next, Brick/Mist:
Brick/Mist: Meditation
Us: Aesthetics, Calendar, Code of Laws, Currency, Iron Working, Literature, Metal Casting, Civil Service, Engineering, Machinery, Optics, Paper
Thoughts:
1) What's more notable is what's not on the list... Alphabet and Construction. I think they've wisely chosen to tech those. Alphabet means they can attempt to leech techs off of us, and Construction means catapults. Nicely done by them.
2) They can tech Feudalism now. Wouldn't be surprised to see that happen next, even though they badly need a few economic techs.
3) I feel better about our decision to leave them for later. They're way behind technologically BUT they have a few key techs to be annoying enough to make fighting them now an expense we'd rather not incur. They might just outlive Cyneheard which would be truly amazing and impressive.
