Quote:Hum, I'm thinking the use of Act boundaries might need to be re-examined since some acts are bigger than others.
Nod, i was going to say that but it was making my sentence too long ;p
Quote:I'd rather play our co-op characters together through the act boundaries than get them partway through the act and then solo the rest of the way.
I am not going to designate a single Sunday char at this time since I would be making more and more toons and they might just get that just-one-more-lvl bug and I push them on. But, I will have at least one character that will match the Sunday crew's progress I can bring. This will make it easier for everyone to join in also.
Quote:I'd also rather spend my time away from the team focusing on other characters and not have to worry about progressing the co-op character through to the next act.
Whatever works for each individual
Quote: We stopped as a team at just having done Shulgoth last time, and the next main story quest was to go to the British Museum for the end of act 1. Why don't we just pick it up there again?
Sure. For that matters, any toons +-Clvl6 are welcome

Today we got through Charing Cross to Green Park and Oxford Circus, doing all the quests out of the latter two stations. We are now back in Charing Cross, having finished for the moment with Lucious and Techsmith 314. Next time we will be doing a couple jobs for Arphaun while we wait for the Oracle and 314's merger to complete. Character levels are approximately 12-14 for those who would like to join next time.

And a good time was had by all. Bede the Evoker moved up at least 2 levels and he got to try Brom's Curse which appears to be a great party skill but not so strong as an adventuring single. For single play I think the Mind Control skills will be more useful.
And with a couple of casual co-ops Bede did finish off all but Travel to Millenium Station.

We got to the end of Act 2 today, for anyone who wants to join next week, we will be travelling to Temple Station and starting through the quests there. Most of us are around character level 13-16, but other level characters capable of heading to Temple Station are welcome.

Grr. I just discovered/realized something that may mean I need to rebuild my Sun game guardian, if I want him to be the group tank. I've set him up as an AoR/Stamina build, with the intention of using guns primarily later on... but the AoR gun guardian is a kiting gun guardian, and the challenge skill is reportedly broken, so I cant reliably grab aggro and kite it while other people shoot the mobs.
This may be a function of the clvl-mlvl curve being difficult to work around in nightmare. Regardless, it looks like my guardian's ability to tank using AoR will not stand the test of time. So I may rebuild him using AoD instead. This would probably be a good idea anyway, since with my latency issues I can't rely on mobility to smooth out damage spikes.
At least it shouldn't be too hard to get him back to the right area of the game!

If during the rebuild phase you encounter an Engineer named Leatherstocking, give a shout. He's at lvl6 or so right now and looking for a melee partner into the Museum.

Ok, I made Zed1Defiant1. KoP, can you add him to the guild list?
I'll probably want to transfer a bunch of gear from my current guardian over as well, whenever I catch someone online to help with the xfer.
EDIT: Thanks again to KoP for the xfer assist!
