The current BtS version is 3.13, maybe this is a typo? I am also curious.

Whoops, looks like a typo. This game is indeed on the most current version of Civ. That's what I get for cutting and pasting late at night!

I've actually played a virtually identical game to this before, albeit on a lower difficulty level.

I was expecting something a little different.
