I think Gillette are likely to settle along their river for the financial bonus, and because they have AH already (IIRC). So the spot we're aiming for is probably low on their list of priorities. They will probably settle towards another team as a natural part of their expansion, just as we're considering settling towards them. Oh, and they want coastal cities, being the vikings and all.

So how has game started for you? Not sure if we've got our numbers right, but Team Menagerie seems to have been blessed with pretty good starting location.

The game has started quite swimmingly for us, or, at least, it has proceeded according to the sandboxes of our clean-shaven Jarls. We believe that cooperation between our peoles can only further the wonders of this new land for both of our empires!
We do have some questions, however: What specifically are you referring to regarding Team Menagerie's starting location? Are the rumors of bountiful lands full of tame animals true?

We agree that cooperation is key in these games, and feel your team is made up of honorable folks (or was until you let regoarrarr join). Did you have something more concrete in mind, or just a generic "let's hold hands and sing Kumbayah"? Have you had friendly relations with the other team you've met?

Our C&D department thinks Menagerie has a plains hill city tile and a 4 yield tile in their starting BFC. Our C&D department is not confident enough in her analysis, but I am .
