Gotta agree with Jkaen here. While I'm still unsure of Tasunke's alignment, I'm becoming more and more convinced that he is not a member of NAP.

I suspected later that he originally thought I knew his identity and therefore acted like he did in our quick topic. Once I stated that I did not know it, he pulled the thinker claim.

But then again claiming thinker in the quicktopic and then later in the game thread is quite a risk, in case there would be another player with that role. It was one of the options that Bigger mentioned, when he talked about the roles. If Bigger would have given him a secondary false identity as a thinker, I'd think he would have acted differently in our thread and role played the thinker part, while trying to hide his true form. Total opposite of what he did.

So starting to lean towards him speaking the truth and me being paranoid about him. If there would be a third faction of mind worms, Biggers reveal in the flavor text seems a bit too unfair for that.

100% agree with Selrahc - we can't let a mindworm (recruiter) out there. Now... does mindworm = NAP though? Bringing back the idea of a third faction - maybe mindworms are a threat to humanity, but not aligned with the NAPs?

Also - maybe he can only convert Meiz at the moment though - i.e. can only infect someone he's telepathically linked to?

actually I would think that a mindworm would be a recruitable rather than a "recruiter" ... perhaps able to confer several vig shots to their owner once "recruited" but without much powers on there own.

Just a guess tho.

Hmm so only other person with more than 1 vote is thestick?

novice Wrote:I guess we need to start making up our minds. It feels like people are voting Tasunke mostly for lack of a better alternative, which is... fair enough, I suppose. However, I think I'll throw my lot in with the Thestick voters instead - Thestick had something odd going on with Molach earlier related to lurker voting and singling out Molach because he didn't vote for Waterbat. Even if Waterbat would have been a candidate satisfying Molach's scumhunting criteria, Molach still had 20 other candidates to choose from.

Thestick

I did find that post (#150 right?) a bit odd. But the thing is, he is posting his thoughts clearly, listing suspects, being active and generally laying a nice line of breadcrumbs for us to follow and catch him should he be a nappy.

Somebody posting in this manner I don't really want to string up day 1.

Hence going to stay on my pick a bandwagonner vote for now, open to people suggesting alternates though
