Molach Wrote:I would also like to have more from Jkaen.
Currently with votes being 3-3-3-3(molach) he should by now state if he still wants to lynch me. I answered his accusation a day and a half ago, up to him (and other) to judge if that was good enough.
If he's a villager I think it is dangerous to leave a vote like this if it is not meant in earnest. To me obviously, but also to himself next day unless he backs his vote up.
Pindicator perhaps you should post something about who you find scummy and not. If you are a villager that will help after a lynch. I'll do something similar too.
Pindicator and you could join me on novice. If zak would also switch we would be up to 5 votes on him already. I'd hope that Meiz trusts me enough and maybe Jkaen as well. Will save you at least for another day and we'll get rid of a wolf as well. Win-win for the villagers so to speak.

I'm leaning NAP on zakalwe as well; he just doesn't seem to have the same enthusiasm for digging after targets this game as he did last game. Every time his name gets brought up in a vote or talked about he seems to do some digging then and fall back into the crowd. Now, he's finally found something to latch on to, but how he got there doesn't seem the same. This argument he's coming up against me only comes out after I got a few votes, so a very safe target. Unlike when I saw him as a villager dig up this kind of stuff to try to get people on targets he thought were wolves. So I think he may be trying to go along with the crowd a lot more and have a NAP lean on him for it. Anyway it's definitely not the same villager zak feel I had in the last WW game.

In both of those, he seems to react with excessive aggression. It's out of character, and pretty strange. He also fits the "blender" profile very well, and I don't think he is playing up to his usual standard. This feels like a smarter lynch than any of the "obvious" suspects.
Do you remember the last game? I was super aggressive and confrontational the entire game; if anything you can argue I've thrown out an odd amount of restraint this game. Yes, waterbat made a bad argument (he says it was a joke later, and I didn't catch it was) and I made a flippant response. You want to continue making bad arguments, I will continue making flippant responses.
zakalwe Wrote:First, he encourages people to look for anyone with a stake to lose from Catwalk being alive. Then, after nothing particularly incriminating comes up, he says that such findings would not be enough to go hanging someone for, anyway. So it looks like he's asking someone else to do his dirty work and dig up some mud, but after deciding that none of it is likely to stick, he subtly distances himself from the effort.
Or even more likely - the Catwalk thing is still potentially significant but I haven't figured out how yet I'm sure with more information it will fit in, but my best idea now is that it's a combination of 1) lots of vet wolves and 2) trying to sew confusion by a non-obvious kill. That's the simplest answer.
As for the odd post, waterbat - it was a rushed post. I wanted to get something in before the deadline and I was sneaking stuff in from work. I started that post about two hours before the deadline (and it had a bunch of other stuff), got pulled away due to some projects, and when i next noticed it was 15 min to go. So I threw that together quick.
Which again, is another reason why if you guys are set on a mislynch you could do worse than me. I'm not just not as available as I thought I would be. Apologies for that, but it is what it is.
Molach Wrote:Pindicator perhaps you should post something about who you find scummy and not. If you are a villager that will help after a lynch. I'll do something similar too.
I'll try to get stuff in, but I'm heading to work and will be at work through the deadline.
Speaking of which, I go back and forth about you Molach. The "we have to hunt for a possible 3rd party stuff" is just baffling to me. No evidence there are other parties out there but it takes up most of night 1 and half of day 2 with meta speculation. But unlike Selrahc you also have moments of genuinely hunting after wolves; so I'm willing to give you a village lean.
Lewwyn - I'm indifferent here. Lots of people have picked up on a feuder role; I have not even heard of that role before so I have no basis there. I can't go along with any argument that equates names to alignment, but I'm still wary of Lewwyn enough that I'm not sure what I would think if someone did come forward as Marr.
Selrahc - way too much meta. And then when I confront him about it, I get ignored and he just continues spouting how a possible 3rd party is a threat to us and more meta reasons. Unlike Molach, no real wolf hunting, just a latch onto Lewwyn because of meta reasons.
Right, I'm gonna be late for work now. Again, I will try to get a few more thoughts on more people out there later. The ones above were people I had been thinking of the most.

I'm being quiet and not posting anything cause when I have posted content I've made myself look silly by failing basic reading comprehension and been busy with doctor's appointments and such. I know that in this game everything is suspicious and I'm OBVIOUSLY pretending that I have a life in order to not post and sit like a fly on the wall. And I signed up for this game without the basic drive to want to play and I would be relying on someone else to use me as a puppethead? Hell no! All of my problems are mine alone and not instilled by anyone else. Sorry, did not mean to offend you in any way. Just the feeling I was getting when reading through your posts.
BRickAstley Wrote:Honestly though, I do need this. I wanna help the rest of the villagers, and have to this point kinda stayed in the background, due to my fear of not having the perfect tongue like most in this crowd do. But that will just allow the wolves to step in and take charge of the discussions and lynchings if villagers do that, so I'm gonna pull on my tall boots and wade through these posts and find something meaningful that I can actually contribute to hopefully help catch them. Looking forward to it.
But repeating my question, have you lurked our previous games? If so, what games exactly?

While I do think you're villager, I'm afraid you're doing the same mistake as with your attack on Zak in previous games. Too confident in your theory and almost like twisting every word to fit it. I tried to talk you out of it then with bad success. Don't get me wrong, this time I think you might have a valid target, but you're "a bit" over confident in it. Just saying...

Of those anywhere near the block, of which there seem to be rather a few at this stage, the ones that (to me) seem acting possibly out of character are Selrahc and zakalwe, and Selrahc is making an argument that I agree with for the most part.
Therefore, zakalwe.

I haven't lurked any games that were ongoing before. I've read through various threads after they finished, but I can't remember which ones. Just sort The Gaming Table by post count and pick out the top 5 or 6 WW games and those are probably the ones I read. :P

Now, looking at that vote count, there is practically everything open still. But the runners up are
zakalwe
Molach
Selrahc
Pindicator
novice
BrickAstley
I am certain there are wolves in that pack, the question is who. Clearly I put my money on novice. I laid out how I feel about all of them, but please villagers, make up your mind. We need to get some consensus otherwise the wolves will pull the vote in their favor. It is too easy to influence it right now.
@Meiz
I appear confident because I am. And I believe my points against novice are at least more valid than those against BrickAstley, aren't they?
