That really does look a like try-hard reasoning that novice gives, the whole "slowcheetah is curious because Bigger made Lal an NPC". Bigger takes literary license to make all of our characters (and nameless characters) talk; that doesn't mean they are off limits for us to be assigned them. I don't think novice had quite so much heat on him at this point as he does later, but the reasoning just seems so forced that I don't want to commit to slowcheetah as being village entirely. But this kind of accusation will not stick, and I bet novice knew that. Funnily it did stick for Maniac though...
I think Sareln deserves votes tomorrow.

@Serdoa
Honestly? Idk.
It just popped into my head after rdading the writeup.
OC now that I think of it, it could a be real longterm moleplant for a valuable wolf...
Nah no point going tooo paranoid.

Squeezing whatever information you can get out of me? Sure, why not.

This question popped into my head, too. You apparently can only determine alignment by seeing if they have an evil spirit, but novice can determine roles. Is that true?

He could have, but I was doubting if total newbie would use "3 minutes over deadline" accusation. Because newbie would probably be unsure how strictly we play here in RB and just assume that it's not that strict. The guiding thought was encouraged by the fact that it took almost an hour before he mentioned this. Second part was just minor detail.
Okay, you have a point. I don't think that's enough to get past the 'minor oddity' stage, though.

I can't recall seeing anything about spirits mentioned with regard to Serdoa... Or did novice scan him last night, get a role description which mentioned them, and tell you and the rest of the wolves about it?

This is Serdoa's power:
Serdoa Wrote:My role states that I can look into someones soul in the night and will get the result if he is good or evil but. I looked into yours [novice's] and it is evil.
This is novice's power:
Quote:Your probe teams can scan one player per night. You will not learn their identity, however you will learn the powers and abilities that player currently has.
Serdoa's power apparently determines alignment but not roles, given he didn't find out that novice is also a seer. novice can determine roles.
Funny thing, novice can't determine names. That makes me think there's a dedicated name-seer.

I wonder, are you two working together in an attempt to cover thesticks big error from Day 2? Or is that really just coincidence that you guys go on and on to talk about my power AFTER thestick revealed on Day 2 that he knows more then he should?
What I mean? Well, I revealed my role on Day 2 with this information given by me:
Serdoa Wrote:My role states that I can look into someones soul in the night and will get the result if he is good or evil but. I looked into yours [novice's] and it is evil.
And before we had a lynch and therefore the reveal of novices role, thestick posted the following (bolded and yellowed by me):
thestick Wrote:Other possibilities are that a) he's the fool b) he's an NAP and is lynching novice to get super-deep cover (he can only get alignment, not powers) or c) he's a villager and is desperately hoping that novice is actually a wolf. I'm willing to take Serdoa at his word, though.
How would you know I can only get alignment when I myself NEVER stated that fact at all AND we didn't have any other reveal up to that point that indicated something like that? Maybe because you are part of the NAP and got informed about all the powers in your pack, including that of novice, giving a hint as to how the powers work / are designed.

You said that you could determine if someone was good or evil based on their soul (mixed up 'soul' and 'spirit,' sorry). You didn't mention anything about being able to determine powers. I assumed that if you could determine novice's powers, you'd tell us what his powers were. Since you didn't tell us what novice's powers are, I concluded that you couldn't determine novice's powers.

I was actually trying to point out pretty much what you did with the rest of your post, just failing at the specifics. And I'd assume thestick would be budding up to anyyone he could, trying to muddy the waters. So... you're half right?

Why would villager thestick would find the Tasunke bandwagon more suspicious than his own? His explanation did not make much sense originally, but I noticed he had talked about the "easy wolf votes on Tasunke" previously as well, http://realmsbeyond.net/forums/showthrea...post282065
So I can kind of understand where that comment could have came from. Thestick would probably not be my top pick for next day's lynch.
On my re-read post 320 really stuck out for me. This is right after the final vote tally and before Bigger did the flavor text.

So not at all curious about Tasunke's alignment?

Why am I suspect again? I said day 1 that lurking was bad wolf play, but going into day 3 wolves will find it increasingly difficult to talk about others. They have to worry about being found out and giving away packmates.
I think you are suspect in part because you do things like write "ow" after a wolf is lynched.
