I concede to Nicolae. I opened the save but didn't play. So maybe you can find someone to replace me and they can whip xbow/mace to the bitter end but I don't see the point. Congratulations on your win Nicolae...you played a good game.

Yeah, going for a cultural victory was probably a waste of time. If Stick's sick of this game as well, then let's end it if people aren't having fun.

(And it was totally an opportunistic attack just to punish you for not building military. Why, you thought I was going to actually press the attack?)

And why aren't you trying to retake your lands, AT?

I think that if SAT had withdrawn from Arithmetic and attacked my forces when they advanced on Geometry, SAT would've won the war.

I think that SAT completely screwed up the beginning of that war wink And the middle. The end was a little better until I allowed Sian to take a city back.

oh - to answer your question - my hope was to try to get thestick to come into our lands, now that he has huge war weariness, and then kill his stack with catapults/horse archers.

Or to ask for peace and have everyone attack you, of course. Not that that would have helped, of course...
